All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

Delivery

We currently deliver within Australia only via Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. All deliveries are dispatched from our office on the following business day and are subject to stock availability. Standard Delivery charges apply: $10.00 (2 – 4 business days to NSW | VIC | ACT) (4 – 7 business days to SA | WA | NT | QLD | TAS) Next Day Delivery charges apply (via Australia Post Express Service): $14.95 (Sydney | Melbourne | Brisbane) Note: Not all locations are covered by Express Service Next Day Delivery. Australia Post does not deliver on weekends and public holidays. Therefore, any orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. You will receive an email notification should we encounter any issues with the delivery of your product, or alternatively, you may contact us on info@infinitycandles.com.au

Cancellations

Infinity Candles reserves the right to refuse requests for order cancellations once the order has been dispatched for delivery.

Refund / Exchange / Change of Mind Policy

Note: Infinity Candles are all hand poured and made only of 100% natural soy wax with essential oils & fragrances. It is for this reason that you can expect your candles to bear a slight discoloration. Discoloration does not affect the fragrance of the candle or the way in which the candle burns. We do not refund or exchange items on a “change of mind” basis, so please select the candles carefully. In the instance that the candle is damaged upon delivery, and subject to our Damaged Goods Inspection, a credit for the total value of the product will only be issued once photographic evidence containing a short description of the damages is e-mailed to info@infinitycandles.com.au This email is required by Infinity Candles within 2 business days of receiving your delivery. All products returned to us must be in their original glass container and packaging. The cost of returning the damaged products must be paid by you the customer, however, a refund will be given once we are satisfied with our inspection. The cost will be refunded into your PayPal account or otherwise be deposited into your nominated bank account. A proof of postage / delivery to our address must also be supplied and emailed to info@infinitycandles.com.au Please return products to: Infinity Candles (PO Box to be supplied).
